• Deposits are required for all online bookings.
  
• For bookings made in person, over the phone, or through our app, only a card on file is required.
  

Cancellation Fees

• With 48 hours' notice, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged based on the booked service total.
  
• With 24 hours' notice or less, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
